TERMS OF SERVICE

• Team management and access controls
• Security dashboards and reporting
• Threat detection and incident response capabilities

2.2 Service Components

The Service includes proprietary software components, cloud infrastructure, APIs, browser extensions, web-based dashboards, and related tools designed to secure and manage LLM interactions.

2.3 Service Availability

We endeavor to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where commercially reasonable.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

3.2 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• You must promptly update any changes to your contact information
• Each user may maintain only one active account unless explicitly authorized by us

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and authentication tokens
• All activities conducted under your account
• Implementing appropriate security measures for your integration with the Service
• Immediately notifying us of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

a) Legal Violations:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party

b) Security Violations:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features, access controls, or usage limits
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code

c) Service Abuse:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means except as expressly permitted
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to overload, flood, or crash the Service

d) Data Misuse:

• Share, distribute, or transfer API keys, access credentials, or account access to unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to process, store, or transmit sensitive personal data without proper authorization
• Engage in data mining or harvesting activities not expressly permitted

5. DATA HANDLING AND PRIVACY

5.1 Data Collection

We collect and process the following categories of data:

• Account information (email addresses, organizational details, contact information)
• Usage data (API calls, prompts, responses, timestamps, IP addresses)
• Security logs (authentication attempts, access patterns, security events)
• Performance metrics (response times, error rates, system diagnostics)

All data processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

• Security threats or potential compromise

6.3 Access Controls

7. CONTENT FILTERING AND COMPLIANCE

7.1 Automated Monitoring

All prompts, responses, and interactions may be subject to automated content analysis, filtering, and logging for security, compliance, and quality assurance purposes.

7.2 Content Policies

The Service may automatically block, flag, quarantine, or log content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Contains malicious, harmful, or inappropriate material
• Triggers configured security or compliance rules
• Poses potential risks to system integrity or user safety

7.3 Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, and security requirements.

8. RATE LIMITING AND USAGE POLICIES

The Service enforces rate limits, usage quotas, and fair use policies based on:

• System capacity and performance considerations

8.2 Enforcement

9. TEAM AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT

9.1 Administrative Controls

Account administrators may:

• Invite, suspend, reactivate, or remove team members
• Configure role-based permissions and access controls
• Monitor team member activities and API usage
• Set organizational policies and security settings

9.2 Member Responsibilities

Team members are bound by these Terms and are responsible for:

• Complying with organizational policies set by administrators
• Protecting shared resources and credentials
• Reporting security incidents or policy violations

9.3 Audit and Compliance

All member activities, including API key creation, prompt submissions, and administrative actions, are logged for audit, security, and compliance purposes.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

10.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation, is proprietary to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, but grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10.3 Feedback and Improvements
