2.2 Service Components

The Service includes proprietary software components, cloud infrastructure, APIs, browser extensions, web-based dashboards, and related tools designed to secure and manage LLM interactions.

2.3 Service Availability

We endeavor to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where commercially reasonable.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

3.2 Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
  • You must promptly update any changes to your contact information
  • Each user may maintain only one active account unless explicitly authorized by us

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and authentication tokens
  • All activities conducted under your account
  • Implementing appropriate security measures for your integration with the Service
  • Immediately notifying us of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

a) Legal Violations:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

b) Security Violations:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems

c) Service Abuse:

  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to overload, flood, or crash the Service

d) Data Misuse:

  • Share, distribute, or transfer API keys, access credentials, or account access to unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to process, store, or transmit sensitive personal data without proper authorization
  • Engage in data mining or harvesting activities not expressly permitted

5. DATA HANDLING AND PRIVACY

5.1 Data Collection

We collect and process the following categories of data:

  • Account information (email addresses, organizational details, contact information)

  • Monitor team member activities and API usage
  • Set organizational policies and security settings

9.2 Member Responsibilities

Team members are bound by these Terms and are responsible for:

  • Protecting shared resources and credentials
  • Reporting security incidents or policy violations

9.3 Audit and Compliance

All member activities, including API key creation, prompt submissions, and administrative actions, are logged for audit, security, and compliance purposes.
